Q What are your hours?

A Our summer hours (April - October) are weekdays 7:00 A.M. until
5:00 P.M. and Saturday 7:30 A.M. until 12:00 Noon. Our winter hours (November - March) are weekdays 7:30 A.M. until 5:00 PM and Saturday 7:30 A.M. until 12:00 Noon.

Q Do you sell to the general public?

A Yes, we supply the general public, contractors, and builders.

Q What is your return policy?

A Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt / invoice. A re stocking charge of 5% will be applied to all material returned by customers to the yard. A 20% restocking fee plus a $20 fuel charge will be applied to material picked up by CBS. Special order items, manufactured stone and non-stock brick cannot be returned.

Q What forms of payment are acceptable?

A We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as cash and checks. Those writing checks must have proper ID.

Q What are your delivery charges?

A All deliveries will have a $20 fuel charge. A $75 delivery charge will
be applied to deliveries of less than $1000. A mileage charge will be
applied to deliveries of greater than 40 miles.

Q Do you sell concrete?

A Yes, we have carts, which will hold up to 1 yard and you pull yourself. The requirements are that you have a full sized truck or van with a 6,000 pound rated hitch and get a 2” ball rated at 5,000 pounds. You also need a tail light plug that will accept a 4-pin flat plug, show proof of insurance and a driver's license. We sell increments of 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 1 yard. You get 2 hours use of the cart from the time you leave our yard.

Q Do you weigh vehicles for registration?

A Yes, we have certified scales at each location and we provide weight slips to register your trailer or truck.
